Who We Are
Little Minds Universe Inc. began in Freeport, NY in 2021, founded by Jermaine and Jasmine Rucker. We wanted to do things differently by creating a space that fosters early learning in a fun and safe environment where students can explore, question, and grow.
We believe our innovative approach gives children a bright and positive start in life by encouraging exploration, discovery, emotional intelligence, and strong friendships.

Mrs. Jasmine Rucker – Director
At the heart of Little Minds Universe is our dedicated Center Director, Mrs. Jasmine. With a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and work toward both a Business Administration degree and the New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential, she brings a unique blend of education, leadership, and passion. Her background as a customer service supervisor and years in early childhood education give her the skills to build strong relationships, empower staff, and create a nurturing space where children can flourish.
Under Jasmine’s leadership, our center celebrates curiosity, fosters creativity, and values every child. She is deeply committed to supporting growth in children, families, and staff alike, ensuring Little Minds Universe remains a thriving, connected community of learning and care.
